New Normal Policy:
If you are not part of a couple or an immediate family, we advise you to book a separate bed.
Check-in & Check-out Policy:
- CHECK IN: 1 pm on day of arrival.
- CHECK OUT: 11 am on day of departure.
- LATE CHECK IN: Please let the reservation desk know if you are coming in late, so we can prepare for your arrival.
- LATE CHECK OUT: full night charge applied
- All yoga group that uses the hotel’s yoga facility, must stay onside during the stay.
Cancellation policy:
- Once accommodation is paid, it is non refundable.
- Guest may changes booked room to another date, subject to availability.
- Change period is 30 days max from check in date. You may only change one time.
